What's the cost?
We charge a house fee of $40 if the project takes less than one machine hour. Additional fees like creating a design from scratch may apply, but things like converting photos and text are included in the base fee. you can assume that a 5x7 photo on something like acrylic, will be about an hour and a large 12x12 forecastleLaserWorks logo would be around an hour and a half.
What can I engrave?
I can cut; wood, plastic, paper, fabric, leather, paint/anodizing., and acrylic.
I can engrave on; wood, plastic, paper, fabric, leather, ceramic, glass, stainless steel, and paint/anodizing.
Can I ship?
I can receive shipments, the process them and ship back to you. However the responsibility of liability through the mail, will be on the customer.
Time from quote to delivery?
You can expect; the quote, the proofing, the engraving, and the delivery to be anywhere from 3-5 days. Some rare instances could be as little as a few hours.
Can you ship?
I will ship at cutomers cost.
Can I use my files?
Yes. I will either require a proofing waiver signed, or go through the standard proofing process to ensure accurate acknowledgement of what will be engraved.
